PP

Polypropylene

5

PPH
Polypropylene Homopolymer
Is extensively used in injection molding processes for producing a variety of rigid and durable plastic products. It is commonly employed in packaging, automotive components, and consumer goods.

5

PPC
Polypropylene Copolymer
Is often utilized in applications where improved impact resistance and transparency are required. Common uses include packaging, automotive components, and household items.

5

PPRC
Polypropylene Random Copolymer
Is commonly used in the production of pipes and fittings for plumbing and heating systems. Its random copolymer structure provides enhanced flexibility and impact resistance.

Polypropylene (PP) also known as polypropene is a thermoplastic polymer. PP is strong and has a high melting point making it good for hot-fill liquids.

This resin is found in flexible and rigid packaging. PP`s major uses are in fibers, appliances and consumer products, including durable applications such as automotive and carpeting.

Polypropylene (PP) made from the monomer propylene, it is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids.

PE

Polyethylene

4

HDPE
High-Density Polyethylene
Is widely employed in the production of a variety of products due to its high strength, chemical resistance, and versatility. Common applications include bottles, containers, pipes, and plastic lumber.

4

MDPE
Medium-Density Polyethylene
Is commonly utilized for applications that require a balance between flexibility and strength. It is often used in the production of pipes, tubing, and various molded products.

4

LDPE
Low-Density Polyethylene
Is widely employed for its flexibility and transparency. Common applications include plastic bags, shrink wrap, and various types of packaging.

4

LLDPE
Linear low-density polyethylene
Is known for its excellent flexibility, toughness, and puncture resistance. It is widely used in the production of films, liners, and packaging materials.

4

mLLDPE
Metallocene Linear Low-Density Polyethylene
Is a specialized form of LLDPE produced using metallocene catalysts, offering enhanced properties such as greater strength and puncture resistance. It is commonly used in packaging films, trash bags, and other flexible applications.

Polyethylene (PE) is produced by polymerization of the ethylene monomer.

Good resistance to external conditions and moisture, elasticity, poor mechanical strength and superior chemical resistance can be considered as general characteristics.

Common use areas of PE are in production of containers, boxes, utensils, plates, pipes and tubes, toys, insulation layers of cables and packaging films.

Based on density and chemical properties, Polyethylene (PE) can be classified as HDPE, MDPE, LDPE and LLDPE.

PS

Polystyrene

6

GPPS
General-Purpose Polystyrene
Is widely used in the production of clear and rigid plastic products. It is commonly found in disposable utensils, CD cases, and various types of packaging.

6

HIPS
High-Impact Polystyrene
Is widely used for its impact resistance and versatility. It is commonly employed in the production of refrigerator liners, packaging materials, and disposable products.

6

EPS
Expanded Polystyrene
Is widely used for its lightweight and insulating properties. It is commonly used in packaging materials, disposable foam products, and insulation.

Polystyrene (PS), obtained by polymerization of styrene monomer is a thermoplastic with a wide range of applications.

Based on processing of Polystyrene (PS), classification can be done as Anti-shock (HIPS), Crystal (GPPS) and Foam (EPS).

With easy and economic processing of polystyrene, it can be used instead of paper, wood and metals in many different industry applications such as film, sheet, paper and fabric coverings, foam insulation boards, lighting fixtures, fridge-washing machine parts, battery boxes, radio and television boxes, toys and household goods.

PVC

Polyvinyl Chloride

3

E-PVC
General-Purpose Polystyrene
Is a widely used thermoplastic known for its versatility. It is commonly used in the production of pipes, cable insulation, clothing, inflatable structures, and a variety of rigid and flexible products.

3

S-PVC
Suspension Polyvinyl Chloride | (K58, K65, K67, K70)
Is a versatile type of PVC and is often used in the production of pipes, fittings, cable insulation, and a variety of rigid plastic products.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is produced by polymerization of the monomer vinyl chloride (VCM).

PVC is used in construction (window profiles, doors, shutters, irrigation and waste water pipes, walls, floor and roof coating materials), because it is cheaper and stronger than more traditional alternatives such as copper, iron and wood.

It is also used in electrical cable insulation, inflatable products and many applications in which it replaces rubber.

EVA

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate

7

EVA
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
EVA, or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It is known for its excellent flexibility, impact resistance, and transparency. EVA is widely used in various industries due to its versatile properties.

EVA exhibits good resistance to environmental conditions, making it suitable for outdoor applications. Its combination of flexibility, impact resistance, and transparency makes it a preferred material in various manufacturing processes. The copolymer structure of EVA allows for a wide range of formulations to meet specific requirements in different industries.
